The Elberta Fireman’s Hall is located at 13125 Chicago Street. Our hall is a great place to hold weddings, receptions, birthday parties, family reunions, baby showers, and lots of other functions! It includes a full service kitchen, a small stage area, and wireless internet access. The fee schedule for the Fireman’s Hall is listed below. Elberta Fireman’s Hall – General Rate

• $200* – includes full use of the kitchen, appliances, ice machine, tables and chairs; cleaning fee additional (see below)
• $100 – for each additional day prior to or following the day of the event

Elberta Fireman’s Hall – Commercial

• $300* – includes full use of the kitchen, appliances, ice machine, tables and chairs; cleaning fee additional (see below)
• $100 – for each additional day prior to or following the day of the event

Forms Of Payment Accepted

• Cash, Personal / Business Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check (payable to EVFD). There will be an additional $35.00 fee if the check is returned by the bank as insufficient funds.
• 100% of the rental fee is required at the time the lease agreement is signed to secure the date(s) requested. No deposits to “hold” dates will be accepted.
• ** There is a $150.00 REFUNDABLE cleaning fee for ALL rentals. This fee is to be included with the appropriate rental amount listed above at the time the contract is signed. A refund check will be sent to the named person and address which appears on the contract within 1 to 2 weeks after the rental date. An inspection will be performed after your rental to determine the cleanliness state. Failure to clean after your rental will result in the forfeiture of your cleaning deposit. The premise must be cleaned and returned to the state in which you took possession of it. All trash must be taken out to the trash containers provided; located by the kitchen door.
